Learning to play an instrument requires quite a bit of organization and understanding of the process we embark on. Both student and parent should be aware of what this process is. In the beginning of the year I send home the Band Handbook. You can download a pdf version of this years' handbook via the link above. The handbook should answer your basic questions about playing an instrument - what you can expect to gain from the experience of music performance. In addition, the handbook contains information on concerts, attire, grading, policies and more. Please read it completely!

Throughout the year, information will arrive from Mr. Love via letters sent home with the children. With the creation of this web page, we have also established an e-mailing list. Simply type your email address into the box on the left side of the page to sign up. All written communication sent home will also be sent home via email if you subscribe to the e-mail list. I will also post pdf versions of these letters in the "letters" sub-section of the web site. You can access this feature via the menu bar above.
